Good sized bungalow with lounge, spacious dining kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms and a bathroom. The property is on the road into Tintagel, has private drive with more than enough parking and turning space. Nice lawned area and a decked area to the rear with table etc.
The Tintagel / Trebarwith Strand area
Trebarwith Strand is a small hamlet just 2 miles south west of Tintagel. With just a few dwellings and a country pub, this beach side community provides a great magnet for surfers and coastal path walkers. With majestic scenery, high cliffs and rocky coves to explore it's the perfect holiday retreat, while Tintagel with King Arthur's castle, a selection of cafes and restaurants and an old Post Office is just one mile away over the cliff tops. The area is perfect for exploring the major surfing beaches to the south as well as the open spaces of Bodmin Moor just 10 miles to the east. The major beach resort of Bude is 12 miles away while Boscastle with its quaint harbour and pottery is just 4 miles away. Newquay, the Eden Project and the cathedral city of Truro can all be reached within 40 minutes by car.

The beach near to Greystones was nice, with a nice pub on the headland for evening drinks if required. Easy access to cliff top walks.
